Our little angel James would be 4-years-old today. He now has two little sisters, and one of them arrived June 3...just three days ago. We miss you.

Count The Kicks

Count the Kicks is a public health campaign dedicated to educating parents about the importance of tracking their baby's movements daily during the third trimester of pregnancy. The goal of Count the Kicks is to improve the chances of delivering a healthy baby and prevent unexpected birth complications and even late-term stillbirth.

Count the Kicks is a campaign of Healthy Birth Day, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the prevention of stillbirth and infant death through education, advocacy and support.

Ohio Infant Mortality Summit

The Ohio Department of Health is sponsoring the First ever Infant Mortality Summit, Turning up the Volume on Infant Mortality - Every Baby Matters!, on November 28, 2012, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the event has reached capacity! They have set up a web page for the handouts and audio recordings of the presentations so those who cannot attend can receive more information.
